We provide professional trust accounting support to real estate agencies across Australia. Our services include but are not limited to daily reconciliations, end-of-month processing, bill entry, audit support and overflow support.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can provide accurate and timely services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information regarding your agency.
- Grant necessary access to your property management software and agreed platforms.
- Ensure your pre-existing trust accounts are balanced or clearly communicate if you require clean-up services.
4. Confidentiality
We recognise the highly sensitive nature of trust accounting. We commit to keeping all client data, tenant information and agency financials strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Liability
While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy, Reliance Property Accounts cannot be held liable for pre-existing errors, historical discrepancies or issues arising from incomplete information provided by your agency. We act under your agency direction and software permissions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
